Tracy Weller-McCormack
Violet Lotus Media is the brainchild of our President and CEO, Tracy Weller-McCormack, who as an artist herself identified a gap in support, content development and brand monetisation for artists. Having made a career of working behind the scenes for some of the world’s biggest brands her expertise includes strategy, crisis management but most importantly ensuring the right experience delivers the right audience connections for the artist, talent or brand.
overseeing the day-to-day business operations, TWM provides visionary and strategic management for our clients. She values helping our clients monetise their brand through building a strong global identity.
Chief Financial Officer
Chris Baveystock
Leading the finance team Chris ensures the plan and the numbers will deliver the results we want for our clients.
He is an experienced Chief Financial Officer working predominantly in technology and services.
Chris brings leadership to the team in the areas of financial strategy, business planning/execution and all facets of reporting and decision support.

Archie M.
Born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, and currently based out of Tokyo, Japan, Archie grew up loving the arts, particularly music and acting; the latter has seen him working on projects with Netflix.
An analyst of trends, Archie follows the current entertainment industry through research, social media and a variety of other tools.
With a solid background in corporate communications and public relations, Archie is one of the pillars of Violet Lotus Media overseeing services to establish up-and-coming artists on their road to success.
Platforms and Channels Manager
Danika Krieg
Danika comes from a background of both digital and live event festival management and production. Passionate about music and the arts, Danika oversees all artist channel management, including music streaming, social platforms and stores.
Office and Accounts Manager
Lynda Ferris
Lynda’s years of experience in office management is just what we need. She keeps us in-check. Lynda oversees all the admin of VLM. She manages all accounts payable, receivable and general enquiries.
Producer/musician
D-man/Wishbone
A lead and session guitarist, Dave has been a music producer, songwriter and guitar teacher for more than 20 years. He works with VLM to ensure the music content we produce is simply the best. His experience means he can guide our artists to produce the unexpected and best outcomes.
Stylist
Franck de Saint-Exupery
Franck has travelled the globe styling for Elle, Cosmopolitan, Vogue and more. He also provides private services to artists and actors. Franck works with our team to ensure our artists have the right look for their brand.
